FCA QC and Reporting Analyst - Remote

Akana, a Native American-owned multi-discipline consulting firm with a diverse portfolio of clients and projects throughout the United States, is seeking to add an FCA QC and Reporting Analyst to our firm.  This position will work closely the QC and Reporting Manager, project managers and field staff to ensure adherence to business rules, templates, and best practices for collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on data from facility condition assessments and other projects.

 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise using the ASTM E1557 Uniformat II data structure and ASTM E2018 Property Condition Assessments standards for collecting and analyzing data. Strong data management, quality control, and writing skills are critical for this role.

 

Objectives of this role:

  • Review data for adherence to data collection, management, quality control and reporting practices.
  • Support teams collecting, reviewing, and reporting on data for multiple projects, ensuring contract requirements and quality standards are maintained.
  • Work with the QC and Reporting Manager and Akana Quality Management team to establish appropriate quality assurance practices for facility assessment and similar projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills

 

In addition to the required qualifications the following skills are preferable:

 

  • Experience with ASTM E1557 Uniformat II and ASTM E2018 Property Condition Assessment standards.
  • Experience with Paragon© Capital Asset Planning and Management system.
  • 2+ years of experience with FCA project data, quality control and reporting management
