Akana, A Native American-owned multi-discipline consulting firm with a diverse portfolio of clients and projects throughout the United States, is seeking a conscientious, detail-oriented and self-motivated BIM Modeler/CAD Drafter experienced in 3D modeling and collaboration in Revit and AutoCAD.

Experience in Bluebeam is appreciated.

Full-time, hybrid.

Responsibilities: 

•    Work with designers and project managers to complete modeling tasks, create views and sheets, and produce documents for QC purposes as well as deliverables. 
•    Keep track of multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
•    Strong communication skills are strongly recommended.
•    Coordinate and collaborate with other consultants through BIM Collaboration software, maintaining model integrity and quality.
•    Experience in Revit Family modification and creation is preferred. 
•    Create Architectural, Structural, Civil and Landscape sheets, plotting and organizing drawing sets.
•    Flexibility in methods and a strong desire to learn is encouraged. 

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with AutoCAD and AutoDesk Civil 3D and Micro-Station V8, V8i and V10 is required
• At least 1 year experience with REVIT
• Make decisions based on designs
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems
