Professional Experience
Jasmine is a certified hazardous materials manager (CHMM) with 35 years of relevant experience—including more than 25 years supporting EPA RCRA and CERCLA contracts in all ten EPA Regions. She is highly knowledgeable of federal, state, and international regulations, and has provided extensive permitting and compliance support to EPA, DoD, DOE, DOJ, BIA, BLM, state, local and tribal regulatory agencies, academia, and industry. She has conducted more than 300 site assessments or audits of government and private waste sites nationwide, performing outreach, monitoring, assessment, training, and oversight activities and providing technical expertise and management to lead projects to successful completion.
