Professional Experience
Jeff has extensive experience as a National Director of Construction Services, Northwest Construction Services Manager, Construction Manager, and Field Engineer on a variety of projects. He has managed CM groups, recruited qualified CM personnel, and provided value engineering and constructability reviews resulting in a higher-quality design product for clients. His responsibilities have included providing construction management services for the Department of Energy, Sacramento Light Rail, National Park Services, Local Washington Municipalities, WSDOT, ITD, ODOT, Caltrans, and other public agencies. His experience also includes supervising construction staff, managing construction sites, GCCM, design-build contracts and providing client and agency coordination. In addition, he has worked with various municipalities’ standard plans and specifications, WSDOT, ITD, and ODOT plans and specifications, WSDOT Lag manual requirements, ARRA and DOE reporting requirements.
