Professional Experience
Rick serves as Akana’s group leader for Asset Management Services. He is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience on a wide range of projects. His background in construction and structural design gives him a unique insight into building and structure performance. He has worked on a wide variety of projects including new buildings, piers & wharves, existing building renovations, and facility assessments. Since 2015,  Rick’s career has focused almost exclusively on asset management and facility condition assessment projects for federal, municipal, and private clients.
