Professional Experience
Tim has over 35 years of experience designing and implementing environmental remediation and other civil construction projects with a specific focus on construction quality assurance. His experience includes preparing design specifications and drawings for a variety of road construction, waterway rehabilitation, excavation and backfill, levy construction, building construction, piping and electrical system installation, hazardous waste treatment and disposal, and site restoration activities. Tim has served as the design and resident engineer for remediation projects exceeding $25M and performed comprehensive third-party construction quality assurance activities for projects ranging from convenience stores, telecommunication towers, and office buildings to chemical plant construction projects exceeding $600M.
