Mr. Petrequin has over 20 years of experience working in Indian Country through the Bureau of Indian Affairs programs and directly with tribes through 638 contracts, and he has over 25 years experience in land use and comprehensive planning in the Pacific Northwest. Some of Mr. Petrequin’s technical expertise includes: site planning, transportation planning and design; capital improvement programs for utilities, roads, and public facilities; water, sewer and drainage planning; developing and implementing public involvement programs; environmental assessments and impact statements; demographic analysis and population projections; and project management for multidisciplinary consulting teams. He has been involved in consulting teams that have provided site planning for industrial, commercial and housing developments. He also is experienced in infrastructure planning and design, and has been involved with the Bureau of Indian Affairs transportation planning and roads improvement programs for over 15 years.
