Mission Support Alliance – Blanket Order Agreement for Engineering Services

Mission Support Alliance (MSA) awarded Akana and VNSFS (formerly Kurion) a Blanket Order Agreement to provide professional engineering and support services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. This agreement enables MSA to request a wide range of services at predetermined rates, supporting critical infrastructure and operational needs across the Hanford site. Services include portfolio planning and analysis, project acquisition and support, independent assessments, project management, and groundwater program support.

Akana supplied engineering expertise across multiple disciplines, including Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls, Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Chemical, Fire Protection, Industrial Control/Operational Technology, and Radio systems. Our team supported both operations and maintenance of existing systems and new projects aimed at improving reliability and implementing innovative solutions. Veolia complemented these efforts with design, systems planning, feasibility studies, options analyses, and master planning.
