Tim is a veteran civil and environmental engineer with more than 35 years of experience leading large-scale construction and remediation projects across the U.S. Known for his expertise in construction quality assurance (CQA), Tim has overseen everything from hazardous waste remediation and site restoration to major infrastructure development and industrial construction projects.

Throughout his career, Tim has managed high-stakes remediation programs valued at over $25 million and served as a trusted third-party CQA engineer on projects exceeding $600 million. His portfolio spans road and levee construction, waterway rehabilitation, utility installation, and chemical plant development. Tim brings rigorous attention to detail and a solutions-driven approach to every project.
