Robert Sutton, PMP

With nearly four decades of hands-on experience, Rob is a seasoned leader in the Construction Services Group, bringing deep field expertise and a solutions-driven mindset to complex infrastructure projects across the U.S. and internationally. Throughout his career, he’s served as program manager, inspector, contractor, superintendent, and project manager – bringing deep industry knowledge and a problem-solving mindset to every jobsite.

Rob works closely with public agencies, utilities, and transit authorities to deliver critical infrastructure. His work spans Washington (Bellevue and Fife offices serving Seattle/Puget Sound), Oregon (Portland), and Illinois (Chicago – CTA and Regional Transit initiatives) with active roles on municipal and federally funded projects.
