About Rob

Rob Foster is a senior environmental engineer with more than 35 years of experience managing multidisciplinary environmental and construction engineering contracts. He specializes in compliance inspections, multimedia environmental audits, and site assessments that support enforcement actions, property transfers, and infrastructure development. Rob delivers solutions for federal agencies, municipalities, and tribal governments across the United States.

His expertise spans transportation, water resources, and civil works projects, including collaborations with the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs and Native American tribes nationwide. Rob also applies a rigorous quality management approach, holding credentials in ISO 9001 auditing, LEED accreditation, and HAZWOPER site operations.

Beyond technical delivery, Rob is a long-time member and past president of the Chicago Post of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). He has been recognized with the Regional Vice President Medal for his leadership and commitment to advancing military engineering initiatives.
