Structural Services Group Manager

OJ is a seasoned structural engineer with more than 25 years of experience leading structural design and project management efforts across a wide variety of public and private sector projects. As Akana’s Structural Group Manager, OJ leads a team of structural engineers and designers, overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept through construction. In this role, he’s responsible for ensuring that every project meets quality, budget, and timeline goals.

Throughout his career, OJ has served as the lead structural designer on a range of complex building projects across the U.S., including community centers, commercial buildings, education facilities, industrial plants, and government structures. He’s known for guiding projects from early schematic design through construction administration.
