With over 30 years in management and 22 years specifically focused on construction management in the Puget Sound region, Kelly brings deep expertise to Akana’s federally funded transportation and infrastructure projects. As Akana’s Construction Services Group Manager for Puget Sound, Kelly plays a hands-on leadership role in ensuring Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) projects are executed with precision from early planning through project end.
Kelly specializes in navigating the complexities of federal-aid construction, WSDOT standards, and regulatory compliance; and she continues to bring a strategic, boots-on-the-ground perspective that keeps projects on track on time and on budget.
Whether managing large-scale transportation initiatives or intricate infrastructure improvements, Kelly’s expertise and dedication make a significant impact on the region’s development.
