About Jasmine
Jasmine is a nationally recognized Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) with over 35 years of experience in regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, and hazardous waste site assessments. She brings unmatched depth in navigating complex federal, state, tribal, and international regulations, having supported EPA RCRA and CERCLA programs in all ten EPA Regions for more than 25 years.
Jasmine has worked extensively with federal agencies – including the EPA, DOE, DoD, DOJ, BIA, and BLM – as well as state governments, local municipalities, tribal authorities, academic institutions, and private industry. Her work includes permitting, compliance support, training, and outreach for both regulated facilities and contaminated sites.
Over her career, Jasmine has conducted more than 300 site audits and assessments across the U.S., offering technical guidance, regulatory analysis, and project oversight for hazardous materials management.
