Jeff Hall, PMP

Jeff is the Civil Group Manager at Akana, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in civil engineering, project management, and government operations. A retired military officer, he most recently served as Deputy Commander for the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Northwestern Division and as Commanding Officer of the 555th Engineer Brigade. Jeff has extensive experience in project and program management, leading complex infrastructure programs in the U.S. and abroad, including Europe, Indo-Pacific, and Southwest Asia.

Known for his exceptional leadership and expertise in government contracting, Jeff excels at guiding high-performing teams and delivering civil and military infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. His experience navigating complex federal and municipal programs ensures clients achieve both strategic and operational success.
