Kelly Gunn, PMP

Kelly Gunn is Akana’s Asset Management Group Manager with over 20 years of experience in environmental and sustainability projects. She specializes in managing quality control and report production for Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) projects, supporting tribal, municipal, and federal clients including NOAA, the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Indian Health Service, Oregon Metro, the Coquille Tribe, and Seattle City Light. In her current role, Kelly oversees FCA data and reporting requirements for several federal clients across North America, ensuring accuracy and consistency in project deliverables.
