Akana is providing construction management services for King County’s new Parks Maintenance Facility in Renton, Washington. As Construction Manager, Akana represents King County throughout the construction phase, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include construction oversight, contractor coordination, quality assurance, document control, and support for cost and schedule management. Akana plays a key role in facilitating communication among stakeholders and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
