About Erika
As the Vice President of Design Services, Erika leads the architecture, landscape architecture and planning groups. Erika is an accomplished architect and principal in charge with a passion for sustainable design and a deep understanding of how architecture shapes the way we live. With a rare dual background in architecture and construction management, Erika brings a full-spectrum perspective to every project—from program development through construction administration.
As a LEED Accredited Professional, Erika champions environmentally responsible design solutions that blend innovation, efficiency, and respect for cultural values. She believes that the built environment should reflect the communities it serves, and she brings this mindset to both public and private sector projects across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. She works with Native American Tribes, municipalities, and federal clients such as the Department of Energy (DOE). She takes pride in our design process which is founded on developing a shared vision – a dream map – for the project hand in hand with clients, stakeholders and communities.
Erika also plays a leadership role in her town of White Salmon, Washington serving as the Vice Chair of the Planning Commission, where she helps cultivate balanced and sustainable growth that contributes to the community’s authenticity and prosperity.
