Ms. Schurian brings more than 20 years of experience providing environmental services, construction management, and civil engineering consulting.  Clients include Federal, State, local, and Tribal governments; commercial/private clients; utilities; and transportation agencies.  Experience includes project management, design and construction QA/QC, civil and environmental engineering, construction management, and land development.  Long-term assignments include multiple projects within the heavy and civil engineering construction industry.
