Indian Health Service Facility Condition Assessment

Project Details

Akana conducted a comprehensive facility condition assessment for the Parker Indian Health Center. The scope included the main medical building, a storage facility, 21 residential units, and associated site improvements, totaling more than 106,000 square feet. The purpose of this project was to evaluate the physical condition of the facilities and review environmental compliance related to hazardous and medical waste handling.

As part of the assessment, Akana performed a detailed audit of waste management practices and documented findings on both facility conditions and environmental procedures. Our team developed a custom report summarizing these results and provided the information in multiple formats to ensure seamless integration with Indian Health Service (IHS) systems.

This project highlights Akana’s ability to combine technical expertise in facility evaluations with environmental auditing, delivering actionable insights and data-driven reporting tailored to client requirements
