Coquille Indian Tribe Facility Condition Assessments

Akana conducted facility condition assessments (FCAs) for the Coquille Indian Tribe across seven properties located in the North Bend, Kilkich, and Middle Creek areas near Coos Bay, Oregon. These facilities, totaling approximately 43,000 square feet, include administrative offices, cultural spaces, and lodging accommodations. The assessments were initiated to support the Tribe’s long-term planning and ensure the continued functionality and safety of its assets.

As part of this effort, Akana delivered a comprehensive FCA report featuring a prioritized list of recommended repairs and system recapitalization needs, complete with rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimates. This report provides the Tribe with actionable insights for preventive maintenance, capital improvement planning, and resource allocation. By combining technical expertise with a client-focused approach, Akana helped the Coquille Indian Tribe establish a clear roadmap for maintaining and improving its facilities.
