Akana is providing design services for a new standalone facility that will replace and expand the existing Warm Springs telecom offices located within the Warm Springs office park. This project aims to create a state-of-the-art Central Office data center capable of supporting a significantly larger client base and delivering enhanced telecommunications services to the community.

The new building will be situated in the Warm Springs Industrial Area and is designed with sustainability and resilience in mind. Planned features include a photovoltaic (PV) solar array, daylighting strategies, and passive cooling systems such as shade structures to reduce summer heat gain. These elements will help minimize energy consumption while maintaining optimal performance for critical operations.
