Three Rivers Casino RV Park Design

The Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians retained Akana to redevelop the former site of the original Three Rivers Casino into a recreational vehicle (RV) park. Akana provided civil site engineering and architectural services to prepare construction plans and specifications for the new RV park in Florence, Oregon. The design was based on conceptual plans for the preferred alternative—a medium-density layout featuring 44 RV sites.

The scope prioritized architectural and landscape design elements to create an inviting environment for visitors and improve overall occupancy rates for the owner. Akana’s integrated approach ensured that site functionality, aesthetics, and visitor experience were central to the redevelopment effort.
