Depoe Bay Duplexes
Project Details
Akana partnered with Open Concept Architecture to complete the concept design for the Depoe Bay Townhomes, an initial phase focused on creating a functional and efficient site layout. The plan included 12 residential units, a hammerhead turnaround, required parking, driveway access, and preliminary grading to establish the foundation for future development.
Building on this groundwork, Akana provided structural, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services to support land use permitting and prepare construction-ready engineering documents. The phased approach ensured each task informed the next, creating a cohesive and streamlined process.
With an accelerated project timeline, Akana maintained close coordination with the design team to deliver an integrated set of plans. This collaborative effort reflects Akana’s commitment to technical precision and efficient project delivery, setting the stage for a successful residential development in Depoe Bay.
