History Behind Our Name >

Akana is a great place to work, and attracts and retains exceptional talent, by providing a challenging and diverse work place with ample opportunity for advancement. Many of our employees marvel at the breadth of experience they enjoy at the firm, which is not typical for a firm our size. We also benefit from many long-term employees who can provide leadership and mentorship to new staff joining the firm. Our employees receive higher than industry standard wages, and a benefits package which has been designated by our insurance broker as “best in class.” Akana employees enjoy a flexible work schedule and work environment including telecommuting to help with their work/life balance.
